Why Inside704 is important to me
Inside 704 helps me create an effective online networking group to share ideas and resources.
I have an internet based business.... www.lockersnmore.com ....selling toilet partitions, lockers, and washroom accessories. All products are manufactured in the United States. I am woman owned, am a small business entity and have CCR registration. Products ship direct from the manufacturer to the end user...all over the USA as well as out of the country - from the Caribbean to Australia. My customers find me by doing a search on the internet. It is all pay per click - which gets very expensive.
A friend of over 12 years, Carol Riddick, called one day to tell me about a way to advertise my business for a VERY reasonable cost with a company called LocalAdLink.
I chose the 50 zip code package at $249 a month (that is the premium package-most expensive). LocalAdLink pushes my LockersNMore website to hundreds of thousands of websites. People find me when they aren't even looking for me!!
During the discussions with Carol, I realized that I could become a seller of this advertising as well. One thing she said to me that grabbed my attention..."when was the last time you used your Yellow Pages?" Well, I had to laugh at that as my Yellow Page book is used as a "shelf" for my computer monitors.
I thought that I may as well make some money on my advertising as well as reap the benefits of it.
As a result of my success using LocalAdlink, I am able to share it with other business owners. I believe that this is the answer for all small to mid sized business. A business owner doesn't even need a website. All information is included in their ad on LocalAdLink. There are many businesses that do have websites, but how many are actually being seen and at what cost?
I still use pay per click for LockersNMore, but with the addition of LocalAdLink, I am stretching my advertising dollars and get more bang for my buck.
